IMPORTANT INFORATION FOR RESIDENTS

GREAT FALLS CHASE POOL – 2019

Dear Great
Falls Chase Residents ---

As you know
the Board of Directors of Great Falls Chase has instituted a photo pool pass
system to gain entrance to the pool at Great Falls Chase. The GFC Board has
been working with its property manager – TWC – to institute this new system.

The decision
to move to the photo pass system was the result of a number of issues that
centered on how best to manage entry and use to the pool. The old paper
system allowed little accounting as to who was using the pool. Auditing
use last year, the Board found folks had entered that were not residents nor
guests. We uncovered baby sitters bringing a number of children to the
pool and leaving them in the care of the life guards. The paper system was
simply not working nor helping manage the pool. A big concern for the GFC Board was the insurance
coverage for the pool. The insurance policy specifically states the pool
will be used by RESIDENTS and their guests.
The Board needed a better
process for managing access and use of the pool, so we have instituted a photo
pool pass. Be mindful, the pool is a privilege, and the privilege may be suspended
(pool passes deactivated) by the Great Falls Chase HOA Board of Directors for residents
who are delinquent in their assessment payments or violate the conduct / safety
rules established for the pool.

If you do
not have a photo pool pass, you will need to contact TWC for an appointment,
and go their office for your photo to be taken and issued a pass. Contact our
Community Manager, Teresa Whitmore at
